This petition is to require Director Comey to answers key questions regarding FBI handling of the discovery of e-mails from or to Hillary Clinton found on Anthony Weiner's laptop computer.
1. Was your decision to release your October 28, 2016 letter based in whole or in part on the expectation that the existence of e-mails from or to Hillary Clinton was already known to the Trump campaign?
2. What was the specific basis of that expectation?
3. Were any previously unknown e-mails to or from Hillary Clinton found on Mr. Weiner's computer, or were all of the e-mails found previously available to the FBI?
4. Can you explain how you can guarantee that the e-mails to or from Hillary Clinton were already on Mr. Weiner's computer when it came into the possession of the FBI?
