Require disclosure of all unclassified military operations wherever they occur

6 U.S. troops have been killed in Afghanistan since airstrikes began in Iraq August 7. ISAF NATO provides no mission reports as CENTCOM does for Iraq. Our troops are getting killed, civilians are getting killed, and there is no transparency. Meanwhile, every airstrike in Iraq and Syria can be seen on Youtube. The United States must hold itself to a higher standard of reporting and function with more transparency. CENTCOM has set the standard for a reasonable disclosure model and I call on President Obama to require the same from NATO and another other multinational force to which the United States military contributes.
A strong democracy requires an informed citizenry. Without information about military operations our democracy is weakened. Support this petition and strengthen the U.S.A.
