To require discolsure to all citizens within a 1 mile radius of any field being sprayed with pesticides and insecticides

Farmers should be required not only to disclose the chemicals they are applying to fields within 1 mile of homes but should also be required to request permission and get permission from residents of those homes before they are allowed to apply those chemicals, particularly when they are being applied via cropduster techniques. We have a right to know what chemicals are being sprayed into the air and have a right to reject the application of those chemicals as they ultimately end up in our air, ground and water, subjecting us to the detrimental effects of those chemicals. Most if not all of the chemicals being applied in today's modern farming techniques have hormone disrupting effects and in some case mutagenic effects. These effects are well documented in numerous scientific studies.
