As your administration is surely aware, Disney recently acquired full rights to Lucas's Star Wars franchise. It is imperative that your administration step in and use its power to appoint Wes Anderson as the federally recognized director of the new Star Wars movies. If you are familiar with Mr. Anderson's films, you know how unique and how totally sweet they all are. The very fate of the Free World hangs in the balance. I trust that when the required signatures are gathered, you will make the right decision regarding this matter. You will be our Luke Skywalker, you will fly down that tunnel, and switch off your targeting computer, and save the day. And by that I mean issue a legal requirement that Wes Anderson direct future Star Wars movies.
