Currently doctors and labs are allowed to charge whatever they want without warning patients before submitting tests of actual prices of each test prescribed. Doctors and Laboratories should be required to post a Clear Itemized Price List of All Services at their front desk, and give each patient a price list Before their visit, so the patients can decide if they can afford the visit or tests. Patients should be able to decide about their own health. This would protect consumers from surprise medical bills later on with high amounts for lab tests they probably wouldn't have taken if they knew prices before.
Doctors and Labs should agree on prices and let patients decide if they want to have visit or tests. Each patient has right to decide what to spend from their own wallet for own health.
