Require doctors to give patients a copy of the bill that will be submitted to Medicare/Medicaid,etc.

In order to minimize costs and provide a "checks and balance" system We need to be provided with copies of medical bills that will be submitted to Medicare and Medicaid because sometimes a doctor will bill for something that a patient MENTIONS but not treated for. We do not know coding and by the time we get our explanation from CMS, it may be too late and too complicated.
