require the DOJ to investigate the causes of the technical failures of www.healthcare.gov.

Created by M.G. on October 23, 2013

The White House should require the Department of Justice to investigate technical failures of www.healthcare.gov. The DOJ should ascertain whether contractors or subcontractors retained by the government and paid with taxpayer dollars were grossly negligent and/or reckless and/or in breach of their contract(s) with respect to their obligations in setting up the Affordable Healthcare Act website (www.healthcare.gov). The DOJ should determine whether those contractors or subcontractors should be sued for damages and/or the return of taxpayer dollars that were paid to them for failing to adequately prepare and set up www.healthcare.gov.
