We the people ask the federal government to Change an existing Administration policy:

Require the DOJ to petition the SCOTUS to stay the Electoral College meeting, nullify the 2016 election results.

Created by T.M. on November 16, 2016

Given the illegal interference in the election by the FBI, increasing evidence of Russian tampering, and voter suppression in our national election, the President should direct the DOJ or other appropriate entity to petition the SCOTUS to stay the Electoral College, nullify the November 8 election, and make provisions for another election at a timely but prudent date. Current officeholders should remain in place until closure. Public faith in these institutions and the very legitimacy of our elections are at stake. This is an existential crisis for our democracy and we expect action to be taken by our leaders.
