Donald Trump's wife and child have elected to live in New York City rather than Washington DC adding $365 million dollars in Secret Service security expenses (at a minimum) plus the cost of overtime and other police related expenses for the city of New York. Require that this life-style choice and additional expense be borne by the President-elect by requiring a $365 million bond be posted to cover the cost.
