Driving conditions change daily and tests given in the past were not suited for todays driving environment. Older drivers are not suited for this environment and should be re tested after a set amount of years to show they are capable of handling the road. There are too many drivers that do not know how to keep up and are the cause of congestion, accidents, etc.
