Request that the US Government require that all benefits to be paid out via Social Security, Unemployment, and other government benefits, have the applicant submit to a drug screening process before funds are distributed.
If the applicant is found to have tested positive for a banned or controlled substance and has no reason/prescription to be on said drug then no money will be dispersed to the individual.
