Welfare recipients should have to prove and remain drug free while receiving government assistance. Taxpayers work hard to earn their money and illegal narcotics are not a necessity to "acceptable living standards". Welfare and Government assisted living costed American Tax payers over 900 BILLION dollars in the fiscal year of 2011 alone. By making sure people are not taking advantage of tax payer dollars we put money back in the hard working American Pockets and reduce the government deficit.
