REQUIRE DRUG TEST before handing out welfare benefits

I feel strongly that our nation should be united when it come to helping the poor, handicap, or elderly. I think it's great that we have the programs available to do so. I also feel that this sort of aid is often abused and misused. I believe everyone applying for benefits should be required to pass a drug test before recieving anything. I also feel single mothers should be required to indentify whom the father of her child/ren are so he is required to take part in the cost of the child.
