To earn my paycheck I must agree to random drug testing. Part of my paycheck goes to social welfare programs. These programs do not randomly test for drugs or other illegal substances from those who believe they are entitled to monetary support from others. Hard earned money is handed over to others who can then use that money to support their drug addiction.
If you are entitled to welfare checks then you are entitled to the same restrictions as many hard workers, random drug testing.
