Require Drug Testing on all adults 18 and older on the welfare system

To help stop people abusing the welfare system, for food stamps and cash assistance, make it mandatory to require drug testing every 6 months, and have it where they test positive they loose thier benefits for a period of time and make it a 3 strike rule. Some of the people on the system do really need and appreciate the help and then there is a large handful of people who abuse the system, and for the ones that abuse they need to be held accountable. The Gov needs to put more money into the side of investigating fraud being done then dishing out more benefits. We "enable" too many people. Why work when you can sit back and live in housing, have more babies and get the government to give you cash assistance and food stamps, why work when you have the Gov paying your way???
