This is a petition of the People that would require all Federal elected and appointed officials to undergo pre-term of service and random Drug Testing while in office. This includes all members of Congress, the Executive Branch, including the Cabinet, and the Judicial Branch. All results of the Drug screen whether illegal or prescription, should be made available to the public for review. All officials found with illegal or prescription drugs (that are marked as "Do not operate a Vehicle or Heavy Machinery" or "may cause Dizziness or Drowsiness") in their system, should be removed from office and offered rehabilitation.
