Every American contributes to those who receive welfare checks. If those who are receiving food stamps have enough money to support a drug habit, then they should have enough money to pay for their groceries. Drug abuse is a choice, if you choose to buy drugs rather than food, then the people of this country should not provide their earned tax money to buy you food as well. Taxes, after all, is OUR investment into this country. If we do not drug test for this service, then it is as though we are investing in a drug addicts habit.
