To require drug testing for ANY and all government entitlements including fasfa, welfare, medicaid, foodstamps

Lets reform our country's entitlement program and require drug testing for anyone that applies. This will greatly reduce the amount of people abusing the system. Anyone who is really hungry, who really wants an education or needs healthcare or ANY form of entitlement will gladly take a drugtest in order to receive their needed help. In today's society drug testing is required for almost any job, so why is it our government is not requiring drug testing for entitlements? This needs to change today!
