Require any person receiving any type of financial aid take and pass a quarterly and random drug/alcohol test in order to receive the aid.
I have had to take a drug test in order to start employement at everyone of my jobs, and have taken a few random one since starting. And I have to work for a living, not sit at home abusing the systems that are there to help people in true need. If you are in true need, the aid will be used appropriatly. If you use it for illegal activities you don't deserve my hard earned tax money. Those dollars should go to reversing the sequestration to hard working military personal who earned it. As its the military who has made the country as great as it once was and as free as it is! God Bless America!
