Require Drug Testing for families and individuals on welfare and for less leniency of who qualifies.

The welfare system is broken. Let us help those in need of help and begin the process to ending the enabling of abusers of the system. Not all welfare receipients are abusing there provisions however there is enough that take more than enough and sell the food stamps entended for themselves or their families. Welfare is no longer well nor fair. We should teach our children and families to work if they are able to and be self sufficient as much as possible and not to rely on other working peoples money for any longer than needed.
