Require Drug Testing for Members of Congress and their Staff

To avoid the danger of hostile entities surreptitiously affecting the law-making body of this country, we must have mandatory drug testing for members of Congress and the staff members who work with them. The results must be made public to assure that everything is above board. Falsifying the results of these drug tests would only be done to hide the fact that a person in a position of power has been drugged, so tampering with a drug test must be treated as treason.
