Require drug testing to obtain welfare/cash assistance/food stamps/etc. as well as random testing while recieving them.

too many people are taking advantage of the welfare system and using the benefits to get money for drugs and alcohol or things that they shouldnt be used for. all that money is taxpayer dollars that we pay for while these other people on welfare sit back with no job and free load off of the taxpayers rather than getting a job of their own. there needs to be drug testing before you are able to recieve benefits as well as random drug testing while you are reciveing the benefits. benefits need to go to the people who really need them and not the people who are capable of supporting themself without benefits. it is easier for a person who doesnt need the benefits to get them than it is for somebody who is really struggling and does need them for their intended purpose.
