With as much money as we pour into our Welfare Program, we should be ensuring that it is ending up in the right hands. A simple drug test on those Welfare Recipients will not hurt anything, and it will be one small step in ensuring that Welfare Recipients and not receiving benefits under false pretenses. If the American people can not choose how to spend their own hard earned money, then they deserve to at least have a government that spends it responsibly.
