Require Drug Testing Of Welfare Applicants / Recipients With A History Of Substance Abuse

Since even before the recession hit, welfare applications have soared across the United States. Some states have proposed tightening welfare eligibility, in part to deal with limited state budgets. One emerging trend across the country: requiring recipients to pass a drug test.
We understand that some indeed need the support of our tax dollars. We are just separating the ones who are taking advantage of the system.
