Require drug testing for Welfare recipients, (Medicaid, food stamps, etc.)

This petition is requesting the administration to drug test any citizen that is recieving any forms of Welfare, food stamps, or other Government assistance wether it is on a Federal or State level. Seeing as it is a requirement by most employers to drug test their employees on a regular basis in order to ensure their participation in following the policies of their employer, it should also be a requirement for recipients of Government assistance to pass a legally administered drug test in order to be granted and or continue to recieve assistance.
