They way I see it is if those of us who are working need to take a drug test prior to employment then why shouldn't those who use government and state money to support themselves? Just seems logical to me. I've seen it multiple times where people will buy things for someone else to get cash back to spend on drugs or take money out of an ATM and buy drugs. And it's just not right.
