I believe the Obama administration should require those applying for welfare or food stamps to take and pass a drug test. These programs are very beneficial to those who are seriously poor, disabled, or unemployed. Although, if these people have money to buy food for them and their families but decide to buy drugs instead, they should not receive government benefits or hard working made tax dollars.
