Require drug tests for welfare recipients.

I believe that if I am required to take a drug test to acquire a job then welfare recipients must be required to take one to collect. Too many people abuse their right to government assitance. They collect their welfare and instead of using it to buy household needs for themselves or their children they spend it on drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. Frankly it's offensive and requires a total lack of respect for the help that's being given.
