Every American Citizen should be required to pay $1 in tax to the Federal Government. This would make sure every American knows what it is like to pay taxes, plus help in paying down our national deficit.
If people fail to pay the tax they will be unable to use Federal government services. This would potentially engage groups that have previously been untaxed, or given chances to pay no tax an equal part in keeping the USA as a great place to live, work, and be apart of.
People paying taxes that receive a refund would receive $1 less a year.
Everyone should pay something for living in such a great "Free" society - nothing is ever free.
