This petition is submitted in an effort to require each member of the United States Congress to read and fully understand any bill before casting a vote on any bill.
Each member of the United States Congress shall have furnished to them any subsequent legal interpretation, secret or otherwise. Each member of congress shall be required to read and fully understand any subsequent legal interpretation at least 24 hours before the implementation of any interpretation.
No member of the United States Congress who casts a vote on any bill shall ever be able to face any American and say "I didn't know how it was being interpreted." No member of the United States Congress will ever vote on a bill that violates The Constitution of the United States of America without informing their constituents.
