In an effort to eradicate police brutality which is rampant and widespread, occurring daily in the United States, we the people are demanding that officers involved in complaints of police brutality be placed on leave WITHOUT pay immediately. We are certain, this will cut back on the number of instances of brutality, discrimination, and murder of citizens by law enforcement.
