Require that each state have its own State Pokemon

Each state has its own state bird/flower/etc. If this petition were to get enough signatures and be approved, then each state would also be required to have a state Pokemon. The Pokemon chosen should be one that can give information on the state's culture, climate, what its known for, and/or anything special about that state in general. Making state Pokemon is a very rational idea, considering the franchise's popularity in the US
