Require Each States Attorney General to Accept Complaints about Domestic Family Law to Take Charge of Unjust Situations.

Most families have gone to court over family matters, at times the party with the most pertinent evidence against the another gets ignored. In cases like this, often the Judge is favoring the party with council, even when the party without council holds the most evidence. Trial by Jury is a right to every human in a law suit. It should be a right to have a Trial by Jury in Domestic issues also, not a contravened (violated) right, and should not be ignored. If in some way you have been victimized by the courts for not having council to represent you and your rights have been contravened. Sign this petition and change the way our next generations will eliminate the creation of violence with unjust judgments. Judges should not be allowed to rule on a case of another judge acting as Attorney.
