Require All Local Public Service Offices (e.g. The VA and SSI) to provide an easily accessed Complaint reporting feature, to be overseen by a third party (to eliminate conflict of interest) With options to submit complaints about a facilities, individuals, policies and any other possible problem within reason.
Veterans and those of us who are disabled are SICK and TIRED of being treated like dirt by PUBLIC SERVANTS!. We should not have to worry about the Public Servants being arrogant, rude, unruly or even hanging up on us when it is our livelihood on the line!
The standard in place to hold these public servants accountable is unacceptable, requiring that we physically return to, or call into the particular office in which case it is never actually resolved due to conflict of interest.
