Created by B.S. on May 29, 2014

As people age is its a known fact that there reflexes eyesight and memory deteriorate. To decrease the amount of accidents on the road, elderly people at a predetermined age should be required to retake the driving test. This test will include an eye exam, hearing exam, reflex exam, and written test. As the road ways change, such as roundabouts and highway merging, these people need to be retaught road etiquette for the safety of all.
