Senators and House Representatives are elected by the citizens of their state. No Senator or Representative should spend more of their time with lobbyists, contributors, or other non governmental officials than they do with their own constituents.
Money, personal influence, or other external factors should not allow non-constituents to have greater access to an elected official than the people they represent.
Therefore, all time spent with non constituent, or no gov individuals should be logged, tracked and reported by every Senator and Representative and reported in an easily accessible fashion to the people of the state they represent through currently available methods including federal websites. Confidentiality should not be an acceptable reason for hiding such information.
