This is a petition to require every person elected or appointed to a position in the Federal Government, regardless of party affiliation, to read the Constitution. Then post on the Internet, in their own handwriting, a ten page essay on what the Constitution means to them. (Note: Their own handwriting is important to show the authenticity of their work.)
