Require employees of Independent Care Facility, Assisted Care Facility, etc. to provide CPR to residents

To develop a regulation that would require than any Independent Care Facility, Assisted Care Facility, Nursing Home, or any similar adult care facility to have all employees trained to provide Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). And furthermore, that these facilities shall not prevent or prohibit their employees from performing CPR unless the patient involved has an advanced medical directive requesting that CPR not be performed. That this shall apply to any facility that receives any form of federal funding when taking care of such patients or adults or receives any grant funding or Housing and Urban Development Funds. Federal funding shall include, but not be limited to Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security payments, or Tricare insurance.
