Requiring Employers to compensate employees/associates for vacation hours or PTO (Paid Time Off) hours that the employee is unable to actually take. Many Americans are able to bank vacation hours. But, many employees are forced to work and not given actual time off. Or projects ensue that the employee is unable to utilize all their banked or available vacation time.
We urge President Obama to act now to implement a policy from the government to require the employer to pay the employee/associate. The government still gets their Social Security Money and Taxes and the employee benefits from a paycheck rather than being depressed about losing money and time off.
