Require employers to give a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation, in following with all other world advanced economies.

All advanced economies of the world require employers to give a minimum amount of paid vacation days to their employees, except for the United States. Most of these countries give around 20 days of paid vacation time, the highest at 30 and lowest at 10. The United States is not required to give any. The average number of days given to employees of paid time off would not even meet the minimum requirement of many other advanced economies. To improve the quality of the lives of their employees, and to follow the lead of other world economies, employers should be required to give a bare minimum of 10 days of paid vacation time to all employees.
