Employers and hiring managers are inundated with 1000's of job applications every week. As our nation continues to recover from the Great Recession there should be a mechanism to allow job applicants to be informed when their job application has been rejected and given a reason(s) why.
Likewise, employers can be given legal immunity for giving such explanation(s) so they can be honest and forthright.
This will allow job applicants to rework their resume, seek additional job skills before applying and avoid applying for jobs they're clearly not qualified for.
