Require employers to pay $45,000 annually plus benefits to all workers required to have a college degree.

These days it seems as though every job I see online and in various newspapers requires a college degree. The problem is that a lot of these jobs do not pay livable wages to the people who have them. This petition is simple: If you think that someone who holds a bachelor's degree as a condition of employment should make $45,000 annually, then please sign. Employers seem to forget that degrees cost money--so do rent, bills, groceries and gas. $45,000 annually translates to approxiately $21.00 an hour. It's time to make the college education we were all pushed to get worth something!
