It is no new thing that companies keep employees at part-time to avoid paying benefits. This causes Americans to still seek more hours at other jobs making them work just as much with less to show for it. We ask for this administration to please look into a way to require companies to provide at least partial benefits to part-time workers. An even better solution would be to provide equal benefits to all employees.
