Require travel companies and carriers to obtain a signed release for travel or ticket purchase to US destinations where a warning or violation of EPA unsafe conditions exist or have occurred in the previous 90 days and/or the consequences that may result in deteriorating health due to prolonged exposure during an extended visit. This should be a SAFE service.
