Whereas nudity is not, in itself, lewd or even sexual. And whereas a significant portion of the population enjoys nude recreation at least occasionally. We request the federal government to establish clothing optional campgrounds, trails, swimming areas, and the like in National Parks and Forests with substantial outdoor recreational resources. Clothing optional recreation opportunities on federal land should supersede local laws.
