Require the establishment of a Federal Civilian Concealed Weapon Permit with any common sense firearms legislation

Created by M.S. on December 29, 2012

We request that the current administration require any new firearms legislation to include the establishment of a Federal Civilian Concealed Weapons Permit, valid in all states and jurisdictions, in conjunction with any proposed material restrictions on firearms. This national permit must be functionally similar in its cost, training requirements, exceptions and regulations to those found in the many states which extend this privilege to law abiding citizens. The President should veto any proposed legislation to limit firearm magazine capacity and regulate firearms or their features which does not include the establishment of a federal civilian concealed carry permit until such a balanced common sense proposal may be passed.
