Require every federally funded public high school to teach Texas v. White SCotUS Decision.

Created by J.W. on November 15, 2012

In light of all of the recent petitions requesting states being allowed the right to dissolve their bonds to the Union, I feel as if several educational bureaucracies have dropped the ball concerning it to be mandatory that students learn about important SCotUS precedents. For example, in the case of Texas V. White, the paragraph beginning with "When Texas became one of the United States, she entered into an indissoluble relation" alludes to a State's lack of legal ability to secede from the Union.

Or perhaps we should make our English teachers go over the meaning of the word "indissoluble".
