This petition is to require every citizen who would like to exercise their second amendment to obtain a state issued firearm permit. It will enable state LE agencies to maintain a database of licensed gun owners who had a through BC. The law will require medical professional to report name of patients in case of serious mental health issues, domestic violence or felonies to law enforcement officials who will suspend their permit and confiscate their firearms until a court decision. This process will restrict the private sale of guns to only licensed permit owners and also have a great advantage of not needing a BC when purchasing firearms when a permit is presented.
