Require every landfill to recycle in order to reduce the amount of reusable goods wasted and create additional jobs.

Any type or private or public disposal companies where garbage is being dumped is to have all garbage processed through a recycling system to eliminate all hazardous, and recyclable materials. By requiring landfills to recycle, it reduce the amount materials dumped back into the environment allowing for more capacity. Secondly this would create a new job market operating and running the new recycling and waste separating systems. Cost of upgrading and renovating current landfills and waste facilities could be of set by sales of raw recyclable materials and government grants.
