Require every police officer in the United States, as well as those going through training, to receive 3 separate psychological evaluations. One by a licensed Caucasian psychologist, one by a licensed African-American psychologist, and one by a licensed psychologist of the race that is a major amount of the population the officer serves in. The three psychologists then get together to decide if there were faults in the officer's behavior as well. If the officer is found to have racial motives/ racial bias, or is found of anything else concerning, they are to be removed from the police force.
